This was a DeviantArt Challenge that I did a few years ago. It was just to follow a tutorial and you’d earn a badge for your profile for participating.
I’m not super happy with the actual piece, but this song, though.
A few issues with the piece, the tutorial had you draw the tail differently than I did, so I adjusted it to be a better anatomical angle (you can see me struggling with it in the first 30 seconds), even though the width of the tail is just ridiculously thin. I also didn’t love the starfish bra, so I gave her a shirt and a spear. And I should’ve left most of the detail from the line drawing.
